Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging;
  • It must include all tags and labels;
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Shipping Costs

The return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. If the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom items (e.g., special orders, personalized products);
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers);
  • Opened personal care items (e.g., opened cosmetics);
  • Sale items (e.g., clearance items).
